Croker’s Smoker is taking over Harrington Hotel for a special pop-up restaurant — Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th December, from 2pm–5pm.
Pull up a seat and dive into smoky, Texas-style goodness:
Texas-Rubbed Pulled Brisket Burger — $22
Slow-cooked to perfection and stacked on a soft milk bun with fresh slaw, dill pickle, burger cheese and chipotle aioli. Served with a side of golden fries.
Pulled Pork Shoulder Burger — $22
Juicy, tender pulled pork piled high on a milk bun with crisp slaw, burger cheese and smoky BBQ sauce. Served with fries.
Southern-Fried Hot Buffalo Wings — $20
A half-kilo of twice-cooked, crispy wings tossed in authentic Buffalo sauce made with Frank’s Hot Sauce. Served with ranch for dipping.
